In 2018, I embarked on an unexpected journey to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, unaware of the fashion exhibit that awaited me. The opportunity to witness exquisite dresses worn by celebrities like Rihanna up close but also ignite a deep sense of inspiration within me. This blog post recounts the magic of that day, highlighting how chance encounters, diverse art forms and a calm museum environment can contribute to the development of creative skills and nurture mental well-being.
